The Arizona Lodging & Tourism Association is the state's leading advocacy organization for issues related to the lodging and tourism industry. Each year, our industry is faced with several critical issues on both state and federal levels, which could impact visitation to our state and our members' ability to manage a successful business.
AzLTA serves as the voice for our members on behalf of Arizona's lodging industry and, with the help of our Government Affairs Committee and our lobbyists at Public Policy Partners, we closely monitor all legislation connected to our industry.
In addition to these efforts, we recently launched the Tourism Legislative Or Community Action Liaison (LOCAL) program, which empowers members throughout the state to build relationships and serve as industry resources to their elected officials.
On a federal level, we work with our parent organization, the American Hotel & Lodging Association who represents the interest of our members on Capitol Hill.
Members interested in participating in shaping policy related to Arizona hotels and tourism can request to serve on the Government Affairs Committee or can inquire about becoming a Tourism LOCAL.
